If you don’t have the expertise to manage the migration to Office 365 yourself then we’re here to help.  We can ensure quick implementation and an efficient migration process for customers moving to Office 365 through our 5 step migration plan.   We will minimise risk, downtime and ensure that data security best practice is adhered to throughout the whole process

Step 1 – Kick-off

This is one of the most important phases of any migration. As an experienced migration partner, we will assess your business requirements and make informed recommendations on the services and pilot projects that you should deploy in order to maximise productivity.  We’ll pull together a full deployment plan and communicate this with Microsoft on your behalf.

Step 2 –Your Current Environment Audit

We will audit your existing infrastructure environment to ensure that it meets the standards Microsoft which requires for your migration and highlight any remedial actions that needs to be implemented prior to migration.

As per Microsoft’s recommendations, we’ll also start to develop your email migration schedules at this point.  By leveraging our many years of experience, we will review your email tools, resources and templates to ensure everything is properly prepared for the migration.  Clarion will create logical migration groups that will prevent communication breakdown between teams and shared resources.

Step 3 – Remediation

From the information obtained from our environmental audit, we’ll produce a checklist of problems that will require attention.  We will pro-actively work with you to address these necessary changes in order to limit disruption and ensure that the migration phase runs smoothly.

Step 4 – Configuring Core Capabilities

This phase is when all your core infrastructure for your chosen services is configured and Office 365 provisioned accordingly.  This includes user licenses and permissions, as well as security processes like authentication and federation.

Step 5: Migration

By using Clarion as a management partner we will not only manage the email migration for you but also any other data such as, third-party archives, SharePoint content or file data.  This managed migration process will be a valuable time-saver, and should help to reduce the cost of your overall migration.
