  • Legacy analogue lines consolidated/removed: Cutting hardware clutter & freeing space
  • Improved call handling: With IVR, auto-attendant, voicemail & call reporting across departments
  • Easy adoption: Users onboarded via QR codes; simple self-administration for IT
  • Sustainability & value: Legacy kit buy-back with compliant disposal support

“Any issues have been sorted very well by Clarion. The guys have answered questions and been there when we need them.”

PREVIOUS Challenges

Marjon’s campus needed 24/7 reliable communications, but an on-prem Siemens Hi-Path with 30 SIP trunks and ~400 analogue extensions was unstable and hard to maintain. A mix of suppliers and a maintenance contract kept costs and complexity high, while plans for hot-desking and remote support stalled. COVID-19 accelerated the need to replace the system with something flexible, resilient and easy to run in-house.

“People need to be available for students at all times, whether they are working remotely or in the office.”
