PREVIOUS Challenges
A new building triggered a review of an ageing PBX (12 ISDN lines, ~80 extensions). Rising costs, copper line concerns and the 2025 ISDN switch-off pushed Redden Court to find a scalable, easy-to-manage solution that could roll out quickly and flex for future Trust growth.
