We’re inviting our existing Clarion school customers to take part in our simple new referral campaign: Refer, Reward, Reforest. It’s our way of saying thank you — while helping even more schools benefit from smarter systems.
How it works:
1. Refer another school to Clarion.
2. If they sign up to a 5-year 3CX licence, you’ll receive 12 months of MIS integration free (normally £600).
3. We’ll also offer the opportunity to get free tree saplings on your school site. If you school has suitable grounds or space for trees or hedging, we’ll introduce you to Carbon Footprint Ltd who can send whips to your school for you to plant at no cost to you. Participation is optional of course.
What is MIS Integration?
MIS integration links your existing Clarion 3CX phone system with your school’s Management Information System, making safeguarding, attendance and admin tasks faster, easier and more secure.

Terms & Conditions
This referral offer is available to existing Clarion customers only. The reward — 12 months free MIS integration (valued at £600) — will be applied directly to your school’s Clarion account once the referred school has signed a qualifying 5-year 3CX licence. Please ensure you have permission to refer the named contact and confirm their interest before submitting. This reward is institutional, not personal, and subject to approval.
1. Eligibility:
This referral scheme is open exclusively to existing Clarion Communications school customers.
2. Referral Reward:
Schools making a successful referral will receive 12 months free MIS Integration, valued at £600. This reward is applied directly to the referring school’s Clarion account.
3. Successful Referral Definition:
A referral is deemed successful when:
- The referred school is not an existing Clarion customer.
- The referred school signs a minimum 5-year 3CX licence agreement with Clarion.
- The referrer has obtained the referred school’s consent to share their contact details.
4. Reward Conditions:
- The reward is institutional (not personal) and must benefit the school.
- Only one reward per successful referral.
- Referrals must be made using the official Clarion referral form or email process.
5. GDPR Compliance:
All personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR regulations.
6. General:
If a school currently has an existing 12 month MIS integration in place with Clarion, the reward can be applied to the following 12 months.
Clarion reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw this scheme at any time. Abuse of the scheme or false submissions may result in disqualification.
Closing Date: Final referrals must be received before 31st August 2026.
